Deliveries and Return Policy

RestoreHER uses UPS to ship our packages to Canada and United States. Orders are shipped typically within 1-3 business days of payment (unless otherwise stated).

Shipping averages 5-7 days (unless otherwise stated). Shipment is $8.95 (Standard Shipping) in the US only.

For Next Day or Express Shipping: Orders placed by 2 pm EST (Mon-Fri) will be processed same day for Next Day & Two Day Shipments (Excludes Holidays)

 

Buyer is responsible for contacting hello@RESTOREHER.COM to initiate return process.

• If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 60 days of the delivery of your product. After 60 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted.
• A restocking fee of 20% will be applied and the difference will be provided on a store credit ONLY.
• In order to correctly process your return, the products must be returned with all original packaging, all boxes or bags, and all tags, if present. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender or assessed a $5 fee for each branded box not returned.
